This review has been left by an individual who is misinformed and is maliciously spreading misinformation.
There is one individual feeding stray cats on the property. She has been asked to stop because it draws animals to the property. Resources are used to clean up after them. These animals are never harmed. She has done this with multiple local companies. As part of her slur campaign, she has taken to social media to spread misinformation to others inciting misinformed, misleading, and hateful messages and threats.
Our local police department (Montebello PD) as well as our local shelter (SEAACCA) have been informed and are aware. Both parties have been called to the location for inspection and have found no wrongdoing on our end.
We are audited by local and state government and 3rd party agencies regularly. We are accredited with high scores that are proven and factual. These are available for review, as well as the incident report taken by Montebello PD.
